Cosy Room + WFH Office in Social East Putney Flat

Hi everyone,

I am unfortunately going to leave this flatshare that I’ve been in for a few years. Great location, price, and WFH office!

Room/Flat:
Small room with double bed, drawers and wardrobe. There’s additional storage in the flat.

The flat is a double floor flat shared with three other social but respectful of space male professionals. There is a kitchen, communal living room, one bathroom, and separate toilet. There is a separate room that is currently used as an office that you would be welcome to use to WFH full time. There is also parking outside (but you will need to buy a council permit).

The flat is a 5 minute walk to East Putney tube station (district line), 10-15mins to Putney national rail, and 5-10mins from local coop, Sainsbury’s, and big Sainsbury’s. Putney is great part of London, it’s close to the river Thames with plenty of green spaces, good pubs, and shops on the doorstep.

Rent is 730 a month and bills are approximately 100 a month. Our landlady is very easy going but straightforward if there are any issues. There will be a deposit needed before you move in (5 weeks rent). Move in from mid-May (12th ideal), but flexible on dates.

Flatmates:

You’ll be sharing with mid 20s to early thirty somethings. It is a social bunch, who watch tv and go out together, but also have their own separate social lives. We’re looking for someone easygoing, and fairly tidy to join us.

Matty- financial assistant, enjoys a pint and movie, and has recently become a keen runner.

Alec- freelance sport journalist, Manchester United fan, and all round good chat.

Jordan- a kiwi accountant, who loves his girlfriend and spreadsheets. Also, a Manchester United fan.
