Large double room with en-suite available from the end of June.

The flat is a 1 minute walk from East Putney tube station which has the district line, and a 5 minute walk to the high street and Putney train station (15 mins to Waterloo, 5 mins to Richmond)

The room is very spacious and includes a king-sized bed, walk-in shower, a desk with shelving and lots of storage. There is also a bath in the main bathroom which you are welcome to use. The flat is modern, fully furnished and incredibly sound proof. There is a shared living room, kitchen and balcony too, along with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The contract is for 12 months and does not include bills (roughly £125 per month)

I am a consultant and work in the office three days a week. I have lived in the flat for two years with my sister who is now moving out, so I am looking for someone to take her room.

I am pretty laid back and looking for someone who is clean and quiet.
