Cosy double East Putney house, all FEMALES in 30s

A lovely, double room in a 3 -storey Victorian house in Putney. It's a 5-7 min walk to East Putney station, 6 min walk to Putney Station, a 6 min walk to the high street and a 5 min walk to the beautiful Wandsworth Park and the river.

The home features a cosy, homely lounge where watch Netflix shows in the evenings. Our home is relaxed and we enjoy each others' company but give each other the space to live our own lives too.

We have a separate dining room with a desk (great for hanging washing/working from home) a kitchen and a garden. The house has plenty of space so we never feel on top of each other.

Your bedroom will be on the top floor of the 3-storey house. It is a double with plenty of storage - a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe, small desk and some extra shelves in the hallway. The bedroom is peaceful and quiet as it is a quiet street (and the room is at the back of the house). It also
has a large mirror and a bed frame, but you will need to bring/buy your own mattress.

You will share the top floor with Taylor (more info on her below!). The top floor bathroom is shared between two - it has a bath and shower and is nice and bright and easy to keep clean, with storage for toiletries.

The house is kept tidy, clean and is well-maintained in between the cleaner coming (around every 2 weeks)

You will be sharing the house with Taylor, Laurie and one other female professional (TBC as both myself and another housemate Sarah are moving out).

All three other housemates are females in their 30s and are professionals- they either work a hybrid of at home and at the office or completely at the office. We would ideally like to find someone similar.

Laurie works as an EA in central London and works some days from home and in the office. She loves cross fit, the gym, going for luxury dinners, traveling, long walks, watching crime films and going to museums.

Taylor is a really easy going Aussie who works in the world of luxury fashion in Harrods. She loves exploring London, gym, going for dinners pampering sessions, traveling and watching true crime.

The third and fourth housemates are TBC.

We are looking for someone aged from 30 years old who works full -time. Someone like-minded, sociable (but is independent) clean and tidy.

NB: We are not a party house- we like to be quiet in the eve during the week and we respect each other's privacy/bed time.

The boring bits:

* The rent is 828.00 a month excluding bills - rent needs to be paid by 1st of the month to Dexter's.
*Deposit is 767.15
*In winter, the bills come to around 200 a month each- electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet and Sky Tv
* We pay Laurie every two weeks for the cleaner too which is around 13.00
each time she comes
*Each housemate is responsible for a bill or two and we all pay each other before they come out- we communicate via WhatsApp

The ideal move in date would be 1 July but we can discuss flexibility around this if required
