Hello 🙂 We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our 3 bed flat.
Very large double room with built in double wardrobe. Furnished with king size divan bed (no storage underneath), full length mirror and chest of drawers. Bathroom would be shared with 1 other person. Room can also be rented unfurnished if you have your own furniture.
The flat has plenty of storage throughout, open plan shared kitchen/living space, a small balcony and the option of bike storage in the basement.
The flat is also home to a sweet, almost-1 year old cat. He’s hypoallergenic (one of us has allergies) and a good boy.
Bills not included in the rent, but combined usually come to just under £100 a month.
Flat is a 2 minute walk to East Putney station with Putney main line station and Putney high street a 10 minute walk away.
Current flatmate leaving as she’s moving in with her boyfriend, her loss 🤷🏻♂️
