Our current housemate is leaving us to start a new journey north of the river so we are now looking for another girl (for balance) to move in who is going to enjoy being social and become a part of the house, but also up for having their own space.

We love to go out for drinks together, have friends over for dinner, go to festivals in summer and just generally hang out. It’s really important to us that the new housemate fits in to our quad and is happy with our environment, but also respects the house and keeps it clean. We’ve all got individual lives and separate friendship groups to keep us occupied on weekends but our groups have become friends.

Apartment is the best location, 30 seconds from the tube station and overground is only a 7 min walk. Sainsbury’s is a few doors down and 5 mins gets you to Wandsworth park. There’s also a good number of pubs nearby and we spend a lot of time at the local

- we are looking for a girl to move in so you will be living with 1 awesome girl and 2 great guys
- mixture of wfh and a few days in the office
- still up for going out and having fun, but not as crazy as we were in our early 20s
