Double room to rent in a spacious Putney flat

If you’re looking for a wholesome girls flat to call home then this is for you!

Our housemate is sadly moving out of this lovely flat so we’re looking for someone to take over her tenancy from mid-August.

The flat itself is a maisonette on a quiet street in a great neighbourhood, about 7 minutes from East Putney tube on the district line. It benefits from lots of natural light, a large living room with a dining table and a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar. The neighbours are also very friendly and kind.

The flat is only 10-15 minutes away from all of the amenities of Wandsworth Southside shopping centre and Putney High Street in the other direction for local coffee shops and restaurants galore. Wandsworth Park and the river is only about 5 mins away which is divine.

The room would suit a professional who currently has a hybrid or fully in person work set-up.

Staying in the house will be Laura and myself, both 27 and with hybrid jobs in the city. We’ve always maintained a homely atmosphere in the flat, we all look out for each other and have fun but equally there’s always enough space to relax in too.
