Double room with a big wardrobe
1 bathroom
24 hour budgens is a few doors up
Really friendly block - full of families and couples in their late 20s
I have videos of the kitchen and bathroom - please message if you would like to see them. I can’t upload as part of the ad
Room is available immediately but I am in no rush as I want to find the right person
The room isn’t suitable for someone who wants to predominantly work from home as a desk would make the room cramped (but we can discuss if you do want to work from the living room).
The rent will be £950 per month inclusive of bills
About me
I am 29 years old and work in law in Mayfair
I spend my weekends running, brunching and should hopefully (injury dependent) be training for a marathon this year
I would be your landlord so you would be a lodger but having rented a lot myself, I would like to think I am considerate
About you
Ideally I want someone who is sociable and we can watch a movie or eat dinner together but at the same time, also be respectful of each others space
26-32 years old would probably be the ideal age range
This room won’t work for someone who loves working from home all the time or who is the last person to leave the party every night
