I’m moving out of my room in Oakhill Road, East Putney and am looking for someone to take over for a 12 month contract.

💰 It’s £1,200 per month including all bills
🧽 Included is a cleaner who comes every Wednesday to clear communal areas (bathrooms, kitchen, lounge)
🧴 Household supplies are also included every month (toilet roll, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets)
🛌 The room and house are fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, plates, saucepans, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.)

A one off payment of £150 would need to be paid for Council Tax and the £200 deposit payment goes towards your first months’s rent to secure the room.
