I'm moving out of my room in Oakhill Road, East Putney and am looking for someone to take over my room and sign a new contract for 12 months. (Move in date ranging from 3rd Sept onwards)

💰It's £1450 per month including all bills (wifi included)
🧽Includes a cleaner who comes every Wednesday to clean the communal areas (bathrooms, kitchen, lounge) and en-suite.
🧴Household supplies are also included every month (toilet roll, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc)
🛏️The room and house is fully furnished (bed, wardrobes, plates, saucepans, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc). There is a desk and chair next to the bed (not shown in displayed picture)
