Bective Road is a wonderful large house on a quiet street opposite Wandsworth park on the River. This house boasts a large kitchen with great communal space. With Wandsworth Common a stone's throw away, and within walking distance to Putney, Bective Road is ideally located for any young professional.

🚇Area
The house is super close to East Putney station offering good transport links on the district line into Central London. Also close to Putney High Street Overground into Waterloo and Victoria.

🔎 House Details
Large TV, 3 shared bathrooms + an ensuite, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large cellar, double locks for security, courtyard.

All bills are included. Wi-fi, weekly cleaner, iron, and ironing board, fully furnished (including kitchen goods, cutlery, crockery, glass, and homewares). Monthly supply delivery of cleaning products, including loo roll and dishwasher tablets - we ensure more than enough is delivered for the month. If it runs out it is the responsibility of the housemates to cover the rest of the month.

TV, bed with high-quality mattresses and four storage drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, full-length mirror, wastepaper basket, designer furnishings (lamps, artwork), and a weekly cleaner.

🚗Parking is also available as payable on-street, and/or applying for a permit through the council.

Wherever possible, we fit TVs into our rooms though this hasn't been possible in all houses - please let us know if this is essential for you and we can book viewings appropriately.
