Large Double Room near East Putney Tube

Hey! We’re Jade and Matilde, and we’re looking for a third person to join us in our lovely flat in East Putney.

The Room: A spacious double room with a built-in, floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, and shelving. (Please note, the desk and two bedside tables aren’t included.)

The Flat: We live in a cozy three-bedroom, fully furnished flat with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a large separate living room where we often hang out, catch up, and occasionally binge-watch a series. There’s also a small communal garden, and Wandsworth Park is just a 5-minute walk away. We've lived here for 3 years, absolutely love it, and our landlord is fantastic—super responsive and easy to work with.

The Area: East Putney tube station is only a 3-minute walk away, and Putney Station is a 9-minute walk. You’ve got Wandsworth Park and the river just a 5-minute stroll from the flat, and Putney High Street’s shops and shopping center are a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets, pubs, cafes, gyms, and shops nearby.

A Bit About Us: We both work Monday to Friday and are pretty active. You’ll find us at the gym, catching up with friends over a pint or a glass of wine on the weekends, or just enjoying downtime in the flat. We like to keep things clean and respectful, and we’re looking for someone who shares those same values and enjoys a laid-back, friendly vibe at home.
