Cozy room for sublet

Hi!

I will be traveling for a few months and I am looking for someone to sublet my room in East Putney.

The room is light, furnished, with a new double bed a matracce, and fluffy carpet in our 3-bedroom flat. There is also a big living room with two sofas, a dining table, and a spacious new kitchen.

The flat is in a lovely area, a 2-minute walk from the riverside and Wandsworth Park, about a 6-minute walk from the tube station (East Putney), and a 15-minute walk from Putney train station. Westfield shopping mall is just behind the corner and all the shops, Lidl, climbing center, pubs, yoga studios, padel courts, and more are all within walking distance.

The flatmates (26 and 30) are very friendly and easygoing. We love to go climbing or gym, watch a movie, or have brunch together, and occasionally go out for drinks but also respect each other's space. We also have a cute and very clean and quiet dog called Adam, who we all love.

The rent is 775 + bills (usually 120). The room is available from the end of October/start of November until March.
There is a fair possibility for the long term after that. Ideally, we'd want someone who can stay the whole period.
Will need one month's deposit and a reference.

Viewings will be on Sunday 13/10 or Monday 14/10.
