Cozy room for sublet

Hi!

I will be traveling for a few months and I am looking for someone to sublet my room in East Putney.

The room is light, furnished, in our 3-bedroom flat. We have a big living room with two sofas, a dining table, and a spacious new kitchen.

The flat is in a lovely area, a 2-minute walk from the riverside and Wandsworth Park, about a 6-minute walk from the tube station (East Putney), and a 15-minute walk from Putney train station. Westfield shopping mall is just behind the corner and all the shops, Lidl, climbing center, pubs, yoga studios, padel courts, and more are all within walking distance.

The flatmates (28 and 31) are very friendly and easygoing. We love to go climbing or gym, watch a movie, or have brunch together, and occasionally go out for drinks but also respect each other's space. We also have a cute and very clean and quiet dog called Adam, who we all love.

The rent is £850 + bills (usually around £80). The room is available from October until April.
There is a fair possibility for the long term after that as l am not sure yet if l will be going back. Ideally, we'd want someone who can stay 6 months minimum.
Will need one month's deposit and a reference.
