After 4 years in this lovely flat, I am sadly leaving (due to having a new job), and am looking for a replacement for my room.

You will be living with Cristina (30), a consultant who loves succulents, sewing, and K-Pop (has lived in this flat for 8 years)
&
Emily (27), a paralegal who loves Coldplay, yoga, and reading. (has lived here for 3 years).

We are looking for a female professional, aged between 24-35 years old, who is clean/tidy, respectful, and is looking for a new place to call home and get along with the new flatmates.

The room is well sized with a double bed, closet and bedside table. If you're working from home, it can fit a desk comfortably. It's also very light due to windows on two seperate walls. The property comprises of a bright and spacious living room with bay windows, bathroom with separate WC and a separate kitchen. We even have quite a spacious garden (it just needs a bit of love).

We are a 5 minute walk from East Putney station where you can pick up the District Line and less than 10 minutes to Putney train station which will get you to Waterloo in 13 minutes.

There is a Sainsbury's local and Co-op less than 5 minutes away and Putney high street has plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You are also a short walk away from Wandsworth Common and Wimbledon Common. The area is very nice and quiet, but literally 3 minutes away from the tube station.

Bills are typically £80 a month. This includes council tax, broadband, electric and water.
