The flat is less than 5 mins walk from East Putney tube station, and less than 10mins from the high street and Putney train station.
The room will be available from mid-October, and the rent is £600 per month excluding bills. Bills are circa £70-100 each (season dependent).
Currently we are 2 friendly professional females who enjoy a relaxed chilled vibe at home, and a new flatmate Oliver joining from the end of October. We love both a night on the couch watching movies or a drink at the pub after work!
