2 beautiful rooms in large Putney house

We have 2 rooms available from the 10th of November in our enormous Putney house (with garden)!

The rooms are unfurnished, one huge room overlooking a quiet residential street, and one large double overlooking the garden. This is very much a home for us all, with all of us having stayed here for multiple years. In general it is a quiet house so if you're a party animal it's probably not for you! We're are clean and tidy and enjoy spending time together in the evenings.

You'll be sharing with Kallum and Annie, both professionals in their early 30's. Kallum works in Sainsburies HQ and Annie is a Civil Servant. We're looking for a gender balance in the house, and someone who matches the vibe of the current housemates.

Our landlord lives out of country so the property is managed by a small firm of estate agents who are lovely to deal with. Rent is paid on the 12th of each month but we have a shared house bank account so you can pay at whatever time of the month suits you.

Bills are included in the rent (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet, tv license)

The rooms;

BEDROOM 1: an absolutely huge room overlooking a quiet residential street out front. South facing with 4 huge windows so plenty of natural light. Built in wardrobes provide ample storage, and a Victorian fireplace adds character.

BEDROOM 2: a large double room at the rear of the property, overlooking our private garden. Big window for lots of light and another Victoria fire place

NB: Both bedrooms will share a bathroom with 1 existing housemate
