I sadly have go back home so I want to find someone to take my current room. The room is on the ground floor, there are 2 bathroom in the house and you will only be sharing it with one housemate. We have 4 people sharing the premise, 2 male and 2 female at moment so we would definitely be looking for a male tenant to take the room.
My housemates are extremely nice and friendly. They are all professionals so they wont be home much. There's also a garden and shared living room right next to the kitchen. the bill will normally come at around 70- 80 per month
