I’m moving back to my home country and looking for someone to take over the master bedroom in our 2B1B flat. The room is available for females only as the current flatmate is a quiet and friendly professional female. Move-in date is flexible.

Location:
The flat is conveniently located right next to East Putney Station (District Line), you’ll find Waitrose, Costa, and a gym around. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Putney Station (South Western Railway) and the High Street, which offers various supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities. The area is quiet, safe, and well-connected.

Flat Details:
• Situated in a quiet residential area with lots of natural light.
• Spacious south-facing living room with great sunlight (on sunny days!).
• Large master bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and lovely views.
• Fully equipped kitchen. I’m happy to leave some household essentials if needed.

Rent:
£270 per week including bills. If you can take over the tenancy for the full term, I’m open to negotiating the price.

Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with a quiet and considerate professional female who works during the day, so you’ll rarely cross paths.
