Room for rent from 18th February in Putney!

Our current flat mates are moving out at the end of our lease, so looking for a couple or single to join us on the new lease starting on the 18th of February! £1300 + bills per month.

You will be in the only upstairs room with your own bathroom with a basin, toilet and bath outside your room. You will need to share the shower in the other bathroom with the rest of the house. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place with a decent size living and kitchen area. The house is in Putney, very close walking distance to Wandsworth park which is definitely a perk in summer and about 10 minutes walk to underground, overground and Lidl/ Sainsbury/ Tesco express.

We are both 26, enjoy our own company at times but also enjoy hanging out with our flat mates and having joint dinners together! Zach and I would love to have a couple / single to move in and not be only flat mates but also friends! Send me a DM if you would like more information 😊
