Room and private bathroom for rent in Putney

Hi! Im Patricia and am looking for a roommate to share my two room apartment in Putney. My flatmate is currently moving in with her partner and I am interested in staying in the flat but need a second person to move in end of January (we can discuss flexibility around exact date).

It is a bedroom with space for a desk (desk can be included) and a private bathroom with bathtub. Shared kitchen and living room (they are in the same space but it is wide enough). There is a small balcony. Room has a wardrobe, chest drawer and a double bed.

Rent is £1,150 per month and bills are ca.£100 per month (light/gas, internet and council tax).

Deposit is ca. £1,327

Current tenancy term is until October with 2 month break clause and possibility of renewal. We can discuss situation, but ideally I don't want short term and anything before August would be difficult to accommodate.

I am a very active person, I like to go to the gym in the evenings and weekend and when I am home, cooking / reading and watching TV make up for most of my time. Some weekends I will be away traveling and I am from Spain so in summer I might be gone for some weeks too.

The ideal person to share with would have similar interests, but the most important thing for me is that you are clean / tidy (in common spaces) and respectful with noise late at night, especially in weekdays. If you want to hang out an watch movies together or go for lunch / explore in the city that would be amazing - but if you are also just looking for somewhere to live and have your own busy social life that is also fine!

I work in Finance and do 3-4 days in the office with flexibility. If you have night shifts, I dont think our routines will be aligned.

No smoking is allowed inside the house.
