Beautifully Furnished Flat Near River for Female

Hey there! I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my fully furnished flat. It’s a cozy space with all the essentials with great vibes, plus a few perks: your own private bathroom and a big balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee.

No one comes to this flat without mentioning how cool it is. The location is fantastic – just 10 minutes to two train stations, making commuting a breeze. We’re close to the river (great for walks, runs, or just soaking up the peaceful vibes), surrounded by tons of cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs, and within a 5-10 minute walk of every supermarket chain you can think of. If fitness is your thing, there are plenty of options nearby – gyms, yoga studios, CrossFit, martial arts, boxing, and even a leisure center. There are also some nice parks nearby.

I’m Latin American and would love to share the flat with someone who speaks Spanish – though that’s just a nice bonus! My priority is finding someone who’s clean, organized, and keen to help create a warm, welcoming “home” vibe – not just a place to crash. I’ve got a great bond with my current flatmate, and it really makes a difference in daily life. I’m not into big parties or a constant stream of guests, so if you’re on the same vibe, we’ll probably get along really well!

I work from home twice a week. As for pets, I absolutely love animals and am open to the idea! Of course, we’d need to check with the landlord depending on the specifics of your furry companion.
