Hi, my name is Nadia. I am permanently moving to another country and looking for a female tenant to take over my room in Putney.

📍Location
The flat is situated in a very good location, 5 minutes away from East Putney underground station (District line, Zone 2) and 10 minutes away from Putney train station. It’s a 10 minute walk to Putney High Street with grocery shops like Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Tesco; coffee shops, restaurants, cinema, gym and many more.

🏠Flat
It is a duplex flat comprising two floors with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a kitchen with all the essentials such as cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and so on. We also have washer, dryer, dishwasher and central heating.

👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻Flatmates
We are all friendly and responsible professionals who signed a year long tenancy agreement (from September 2024) and take responsibility of paying rent/bills in turns.

We have Craig, Edward and Sandeep living on the upper floor, they share an upstairs shower room. And on a lower floor we have two bedrooms: mine and Saki‘s and the two of us share a shower room on a lower floor, we also have a kitchen and main entrance to the flat on a lower level.
About us:
Craig is a freelance author and works mainly from his room.
Edward is a chef and most of the time he spends out working.
Sandeep is a clinical supervisor who spends most of his time at work.
Saki works as Associate at a bank with hybrid work between office and home.

The guys have been living at the property for 3-4 years now while me and Saki moved in between May and June this year. We have been getting on very well hence why it makes me really sad living them.

🧍🏻‍♀️New tenant
We would like for a new tenant to be a professional female who would be responsible making payments on time and contributing to the bills. We have a system where a few days before the rent is due everyone sends their share of rent to a person who is responsible of paying rent this month so they will make the transfer to a landlord on time as well as bills which we split evenly between the 5 of us.

🛏️Room
The room is available from 14th of January (Tuesday), 2025. All the furniture stays in the room as you see in the photos. It has double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table, lamp, rug and wall mirror. The room gets plenty of sunlight and also has an LED lighting strip with remote control.

💷Rent/Bills
Rent is £735 per month payable on the first day of each month. We are paying lower rent compared to other properties in the area as majority of us have been living at the flat for quite a while and our landlord agreed not to raise the rent for this year.
Bills add up to be around £60-70 per tenant and include council tax, water, gas/electricity and wifi, so whatever comes we split by 5.
The 5 week deposit is £848 and payable before the commencement of your tenancy to secure the room.

As the property is managed by the agency the new tenant is subject to a reference check.
