Rent is all inclusive (all utility bills, a weekly cleaner, council tax, wi-fi and Sky TV.

The room is in an Edwardian house on a quiet residential road.
The house is well laid out with a kitchen cum lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. There is a large garden at the back of the house with seating and there is also an attic with ample storage space.

Located on the first floor of the property, the room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, side table and large wardrobes.

It is available to rent from the 20th January.

Location: the house is conveniently located a 7-10 minute walk from East Putney tube station and a Sainsbury’s, Co-Op and Waitrose. There are some great pubs just down the street.
Putney Overground and Putney High Street are a 15 minute walk and Wandsworth Park is a 5 minute walk away.

There are currently 4 housemates and you would be the fifth. We are looking for a housemate who is a professional, respectful, tidy and sociable.

Our schedules vary but when we see each other around the house we always stop for a chat.
