Large room for rent in friendly house share

We have a large double room for rent in our 5-bed house as our flatmate has just bought a place so will sadly be leaving.

The room is huge and shares the main bathroom plus a separate toilet with 2 housemates (2 of us have en-suites). We have a large kitchen and separate lounge.

We’re all professionals in our twenties (Holly: 27, TV content distribution 📺, Dan: 26, materials scientist 🔬, Max: 28, software engineer 💻, Ella: 23, marketing🍫) and enjoy spending time together but we’re also quite busy with our own things. We usually have a trashy TV show on the go (currently The Traitors), the occasional pub quiz, games night etc.. We’re all clean and tidy in the shared spaces and would expect the same from you.

We’re in a great location: a 10min walk to East Putney tube station, 15-20min walk to Putney overground station, bus stops right next to the house going towards Clapham Junction. 10min walk into town with Southside shopping centre, lots of gyms, coffee shops, yoga studio, cinema etc. Wandsworth park is a 10min walk away.

Rent is £744.42 per month plus bills which come to around £60 each per month (water, gas/electric, broadband, TV license, council tax). A cleaner comes every 2 weeks (paid by the agency). Our contract renews each year in April so may have a slight rent increase (last year it was only £200 for the whole flat but obviously can’t say for definite what it would be).

Move in date is flexible but ideally around 1st March. We’ll be holding in-person viewings in the evening on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th January.
