Hi there, I’m looking to move out of my current flat share as I’ll be moving in with my boyfriend over the summer.
The flat is absolutely stunning, with a kitchen, bathroom, large living room and shared garden/terrace. We have lived here for a year and half and absolutely loved the flat and the location, just a 2 min walk to East Putney tube and a 10 min walk to Putney station. There is 6 months left on the lease with potential to extend.
The flat is managed by Seoul estate agents, where they’ll need to do referencing as part of the usual letting process. There is a lift in the building, and on street parking. We are also a 30 second walk to both a Co Op and Sainsbury’s local.
Bills currently come to £100-200 a month for wifi, water, council tax, contents insurance and electricity (we currently put in a bit extra to cover a pint or two at the pub, or a curry!) Gas is included in the rent, with a gas radiator in the flat (controlled by the central building management) and electric storage heaters in each room, meaning heating bills tend to come in extremely cheap with the singular radiator chucking out a lot of warmth. The room is part furnished.
The room is a great size, with a huge amount of built in storage.
You will be moving in with Alice, who is super friendly and looking for someone who is both respective of space but keen to go to the pub or have a day out together.
