Room to to rent in Putney from July 1st!

Hi! My flatmate Anabel and I are looking for someone to rent a room in our flat as our flatmate is leaving London over the summer. We’re looking for someone who works full-time in their early to mid-twenties. The flat is available from July 1st.

I work in publishing ( so the flat is currently filled with books! ) and Anabel works in journalism. We’re looking for someone who is clean and loves a good wine and film night, but can also kick-ass at a pub quiz. (Bonus is you also read, I have many books I can share...)

The flat has a massive living room with a gorgeous bay window and a cosy reading chair. It's one decent-sized bathroom (shower and bath) shared between the three of us. There is also a small garden that I am hoping to get some nice chairs for. I've shared some old photos of the flat but can send some updated ones upon request!

The flat is located in Putney, 10 minutes from Putney train station and 5 minutes from the tube! It’s a really easy commute into central London from either location. It's only a ten minute walk to Wandsworth Park which is lovely in the sun.

The rent is £1,034pm with £70ish on bills, including council tax. The deposit is the equivalent of one months rent. The room will be available from July 1st and you would need to pass rent checks set by our landlady ( who is lovely ).
