Looking for someone to take over my lovely room in our welcoming, well-kept house in East Putney! Due to a change in my circumstances, I’m looking for a friendly, full-time working professional to move in and take over my contract until the end of December with possibility to renew if wanted!

A bright and airy double room with plenty of natural light, good storage, and a peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after work. The house is quiet, respectful, and has a great energy.

🏠 The House
You’ll be living with friendly, tidy professionals who enjoy a balance of socialising and downtime. We keep shared spaces clean and welcoming. There’s a cosy living room/spacious kitchen, and a little outdoor area that’s great for summer evenings.

📍 Location

The house is super well located 5 mins walk to East Putney station and 7 mins to Putney train station! There is lots of small shops and groceries store on the high street which is very convenient! It’s a 3 minute walk to Wandsworth park! Which is lively in summer and get to walk along to the thames to go to Barnes or Battersea ! The area is super safe! Made me feel at home for the past two years!

💸 Rent & Bills

£1,288 per month
Council Tax: one-time contribution of £150

A considerate, clean and kind full-time professional who’ll be a good fit for the house vibe. Sorry, no couples or room shares.

✨ Move-In Process
Once you’re happy and we’ve met, the landlord will take over and sort out the contract. You'll need to pay a one-week holding deposit to secure the room (credited toward your first month’s rent), and referencing will be carried out.
