in the lovely and safe area between East Putney tube and Wandsworth in SW London, holm oak close is situated in a quiet little close which is easily accessible to central London via the district line 8 min walk away 🚇
we are both shift workers with Alice occasionally working from home, and we give each other our space day to day but can definitely be keen for a little dinner/film eve/ outing!
Emma is 28 and a Scot with a love of football and pints any time the sun is shining!
Alice is 27 and originally from lincs, a book lover with a mini home library welcome for anyone who joins us!
Looking for someone to join our lil house who will be a similar age, female, clean & friendly!
🏡 Room available is furnished with double bed/mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.
We have a small garden with a shed for storage as well as an off the street parking space included in our rent that neither of us use so all yours if you want it!

All managed through Living London rental company who are fantastic, we’ve only had a few things to report to them in 3 years and they come out to fix straight away!
