Hello! Looking for someone to move into a sunny double room in our stunning flat from early September.

About the room
- Rent is £892 per month, with bills coming to £90, although this does rise slightly in the winter months.
- Deposit is £980.77
- It’s an east-facing room, so you get incredible sunlight in the morning.
- There are two built-in wardrobes, plus space for a double bed, dresser, bedside table, and other small pieces of furniture.
- The room is unfurnished, however the bed frame, mattress, drawers, and bedside table may be available to purchase.
- Move in date is 9 September.

We have a large lounge with a separate dining area and kitchen that’s perfect for hosting dinner parties and pretending you’re on MasterChef 🍽️

The flat is a 15-minute walk to East Putney station (district line) and a 10-minute walk to Putney train station. There is also a bus stop a couple of minutes away with routes to Clapham Junction, South Kensington, Piccadilly Circus and more.

We’re also super close to Putney Heath and Richmond Park is only a short bike or train ride away.

You’ll be living with two other people - both of us are named Rachel!

Rachel (me) (28) works in marketing in hospitality with an in-office schedule. Although come October I will be WFH 1x a week.

Rachel (33) works in tech sales and has a hybrid schedule between the office and WFH 2-3x a week.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and clean (bonus points for loving a cleaning roster). Also someone who is around a similar age to us. We are super open to hanging out as a flat but we both equally enjoy doing our own thing and will be respectful of your space 😊

No couples or pets, sorry.
