Spare room to rent for short stays

Hi everyone, I have a spare room in my two bed flat to rent out for short stays. It's a beautiful flat right next to East Putney Station with a communal garden. The room is big, fully furnished and has an en suite. I'm a teacher so I'm looking for someone who needs a short stay but is quiet and sensible and not looking to host parties. I also have a cat who is gorgeous but a little bit nervous so we I'm definitely looking for a more chilled person who needs a place to stay. The flat is beautiful and had a big open plan kitchen and lounge. It is a 2 Mon walk from East Putney Station (district line) and five minutes walk from Putney high street and put ey over ground station. Lots of pubs, shops and coffee shops nearby.
