Hi, I’m moving out of my room in East Putney and looking for someone to take over the rest of my contract (which ends on 1st March but option to renew).

It’s 3 mins away from East Putney station which has a Waitrose, Costa, Co-Op and Sainsbury’s all seconds away from each other, plenty of other cafes, bars and gyms all just minutes away. 5/10 mins (depends how quick you walk) from Putney station which has good connections into the city and else where.

The flat itself has 2 bathrooms each with a toilet and are both communal. Big fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge freezers so plenty of space for all your shopping, and also has a washing machine and a dryer. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers a desk and chair and a big mirror

All the bills ARE included, including council tax, just requires a one time initial payment of £100 to the landlord before you move in. Fibre high speed 5gb wifi too.

A cleaner comes every 15 days to clean up the communal areas, which is included in the rent.
