We have a light and spacious double room available in a lovely recently renovated flat in the heart of Putney. The flat is a split-level flat with a roof terrace, and it is conveniently located between East Putney tube and Putney mainline.
Ideally, we would be looking for someone 4 days a week but open to full time if it is the right fit.

The flat has its own front door and consists of two lovely bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom, separate eat-in kitchen and a roof terrace which has plenty of space for eating outside. The flat additional benefits from fantastic storage in the entrance hall for coats and shoes.
The kitchen is fitted out with a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower.
The location
The flat is ideally situated for conveniently living with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all within a stone’s throw. Both Putney Mainline and East Putney Tube Station are a few minutes walk away. As well as links to London Waterloo from Putney station, there is access on the District Line to the exclusive areas of Chelsea and Knightsbridge and the rail hubs of Victoria and Paddington. Commuter riverboat services run to Blackfriars and the nearby A3 gives easy and direct access to the South West.
Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common are a short drive and Putney and Barnes Commons and the river a short walk away.

On the second floor of this flat, it is large double bedroom. It is currently lightly furnished with chest of drawers, bedside table, shelving unit and double bedroom with storage underneath. There is a substantial wardrobe that can be used on the landing just outside the room.
The housemates
You would be living with a professional couple, both in our 30s, and are loveable fox red labrador. We both work in property in London.
