We have a double room available in our beautiful East Putney flat!

The room a great size with a queen size bed and double doors onto the private garden. There’s a big living room, large kitchen and a lovely private garden perfect for summer bbqs. The room comes furnished with a queen size bed, bed side table and a built in wardrobe and draws.

The flat is well taken care of with a handy man regularly coming to fix things and do any painting that’s required.

About the housemates:
You will be living with Abby (24) who works in marketing and Will (30) who works in insurance. Both are lovely flat mates! We are looking for a working professional in her 20s :)

Details:
I have loved living in this flat but moving out with a friend so looking for someone to take over the contract from the 1st Nov, but I am able to move out from approx 6th oct if you’re looking to move in before that date. Will be a 12 month contract from 1st Nov.

Landlord reference and proof of income required.
