2 Rooms in Putney available!

We have two rooms in our lovely flat in Putney available (the third one will be available in February), as our visas are coming to an end! We are three Aussie girls who love to spend time together as a flat and like to have movie nights, go for pub dinners, coffee walks and weekend trips away! We like to keep a tidy and organised flat as we are all working individuals with busy schedules. The location is absolutely amazing and still is close to central London whilst feeling calm and safe in our area.
The rooms are slightly different different sizes (the smaller one is shown first) and the larger one can fit a desk which is ideal for someone working from home. All the furniture is included except for the desk and chair in the larger room. We have also split the deposit evenly at £1076 each, but Spareroom was glitching about that for some reason! Bills tend to be around £100. We are on a 2 year lease so looking to just change the names on the lease, which will be active until end Nov 2026.
