Large double room in the heart of East Putney.

Our flatmates are moving back home to New Zealand so we have this large double bedroom available. Living in a semi detached flat. We have a huge private garden which is amazing during summer. A separate living and dining room and a big kitchen which has a washing machine and dishwasher. The flat is fully furnished including the bedroom which comes with a double bed, desk and chair and huge wardrobes.

The flat is a less then 5 minute walk to East Putney tube station and a 10 minute walk to Putney overground station. We are a 5 minute walk from most grocery shops, pubs and restaurants. And a 10 minute walk to the high street.

The flat is down a cute and quiet residential street and the area is incredibly safe.

As flatmates we keep a clean and tidy flat. We enjoyed spending time with each other but also value our own time alone. You'll be living with a 29 year old Aussie who is a cafe general manager and a 23 year old Kiwi who works in finance.

Rent for the room is £1438 bills not included. Council tax, water and internet come to £53.39 each a month and power ranges from £30-80 depending what season we are in.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent and is kept in a TDP scheme by the landlord.

Due to referencing with the real estate you must be a professional with 3 months of pay slips or 4 months rent in advance can we paid.
