I’m looking for someone to take over the room and join my amazing flatmate in our bright, cosy two-bedroom flat on a quiet, residential street in South West London.

* Available from 6th December 2025 (I'm moving out on the same day)

* Spacious and sunny living room, great natural light
* Furnished (except for desk and chair in the bedroom)
* Top-floor flat with lift access
* Double-glazed windows

📑 Rent & Tenancy
* £1,000 per month
* Annual incremental rise: £1,025 (April 2026) → £1,050 (April 2027)
* Bills around £130 per month (Council Tax D)
* Deposit: £1,153.50 (Spareroom didn't allow me to put the exact amount: this is the part you'll need to cover from the whole)
* 3-year tenancy with possibility of tenant swap (expires 30 March 2028)
* You’ll sign the contract with the agency, standard referencing required

* 2 minutes from East Putney Station (District Line)
* 9 minutes to Putney train station
* Great local cafes, shops, and parks nearby

👩‍🏫 About Your Flatmate

You’ll be sharing with Joana, a friendly secondary school teacher with (almost) too many books! She’s tidy, considerate, and easy to live with — a great balance of sociable and respectful of personal space.

📅 Viewings

I’ll mainly check messages in the evenings. I work from home, so I can arrange flexible viewings, but before finalising anything, you’ll get to meet Joana to make sure it’s a good fit.
