Double Room in Putney available from January!

I am moving out of our lovely flat in Putney so looking to find a replacement. The room is spacious double with a large built in wardrobe and shelving until with space for a desk. There is a large shared living room and kitchen. Ideally available from 15 January 2026 but can be flexible with a bit earlier or later in the month.

You’ll be living with a lovely 26 yr old Aussie girl and 25 yr old British guy, both working professionals. Always up for a chat and a pint but also respectful of each other’s space and time.

The location is absolutely amazing and still is close to central London whilst feeling calm and safe in our area. Close to parks, lots of supermarket and shops as well as pubs and restaurants.

Bills tend to be around £100. We are on a 2 year lease so looking to just change the names on the lease, which will be active until end Nov 2026.
