Hello gals! My flatmate is sadly moving out and so I am hoping to fill the place in this lovely East Putney flat! The room is available from 6th December 🙂
The room is small, but I have lived in it for the past three years and it's a great wee space, and the location of the flat is worth it.

ABOUT THE FLAT:
5mins walk from East Putney underground (district line)
6mins walk from Putney station (SWR to Waterloo)
Rent £975, due on the 7th of each month
Deposit £1100 (I need to double check this, but it's around this amount)
Bills approx £150 per month
Lease runs until 7th Jan 2027
Council Tax band D (Wandsworth council)
Move in date 6th December 2025 🙂

ABOUT ME:
Hello! I'm Rachel, and I've been living in London for the past three years after moving down from my home city of Edinburgh.
I'm a manager in a bar, so I can sometimes come home late but I'm very quiet and usually just fall straight into bed! It also means you get the flat to yourself for usually 3+ evenings a week 🙂
I'm 26, though will be 27 by the time you move in! I love a trip to the pub, a Sunday walk with a coffee and a sweet treat, and going to the theatre, but also love a chill night in with a takeaway and a bottle of wine.
I'm hoping to find someone who is not working from home, as this can be a little tricky when I have days off during the week (which isn't unusual!). I would never want to disturb someone who was trying to work.
I also want to find someone I can become friends with, but who is chill with the fact that sometimes after a week of drunk folk, you need a bit of me time!
