This room is on the top floor and is the biggest, lots of storage, wardrobe space, sky lights opening up via the roof (photos aren't the best)
The flatmates
Jake (31), manages a sales team at a software company so is out of flat Mon – Thurs. Would ideally like to find the right balance between keeping up with our own busy lives but also doing the odd thing as a flat from time to time. The flat is a quite, tidy space with a homely feel.
My two current flatmates are moving out, so 2 rooms are available.
The location
The flat is well located for transport, at a 15 minute walk from Putney train station and Putney Bridge tube station, as well as a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It’s a 2 minute walk from Lower Richmond Road and all the shops, cafes and the handy Sainsburys and there is also a Lidl around a 10 minute walk away too. The flat is also a 5 minute walk from the embankment, which is wonderful for walks and ideal for rowing if you belong to one of the clubs.
The rent is £1075 p/m or £1100 for the bigger room with bills coming in at around £100 p/m each, which includes a fortnightly cleaner.
The deposit is £1153.80 (not £1100 as I had to say above - SpareRoom wouldn't let me alter this).
Due to one of the clauses of the tenancy, you will have to be earning at least £27,000 p/a in order to be eligible.
