The house is a good sized 4 bedroom property in a quiet gated off area. It's a large house with a good sized garden at the rear and a large lounge and dining area.

House is shared with 3 other people, 2 girls and 1 guy. They all like a good balance of socialising but also enjoying their own space. House is also shared with a cute house dog, owned by one of the housemates. She is the nicest and most gentle dog you'll ever meet and she is a Cavapoo, so she does not shed noticeably.

The room has spacious built in wardrobes, so it has loads of storage space with two large windows allowing for plenty of natural light. The room came with most furniture pictured, but some is owned by me, but can be carried on for a cost.

The kitchen in the house has newly done flooring as well as a fairly new washing machine and dishwasher.

The area is amazing! We are about a 5 minute walk from East Putney underground station and about a 10 minute walk from Putney Train Station. There is a busstop a 3 min walk away as well which takes you to Clapham Junction in about 20 minutes.

We've got a Co-op and a Sainsburys a couple of minutes walk away. For anything else Putney high street or Southside Shopping Centre on the Wandsworth side has literally anything you could ever need. Pubs and cafe's super close by as well.

We are also a 10-15 minute walk from the river and Wandsworth Park.

Bills are about £120 a month which includes council tax, wifi and the cleaner that comes every 2 weeks (does kitchen, bathrooms and hoovers/wipes surfaces in each room).

The property is Council Band G but is in Wandsworth council area.
