Hi there! I am leaving THE most amazing flat in East Putney to move in with my partner so we are now looking for another girl (for balance) to move in who is going to enjoy being social and become a part of the house, but also up for having their own space.

We love to go out for drinks together (or in our huge lounge), have friends over for dinner, and just generally hang out. It’s really important to us that the new housemate fits in to our quad and is happy with our environment, but also respects the house and keeps it clean. We’ve all got individual lives and separate friendship groups to keep us occupied on weekends but our groups have become friends.

Apartment is the best location, 30 seconds from the tube station and Putney train station is only a 8 min walk. Sainsbury’s is a few doors down and 5 mins gets you to Wandsworth park and the riverside. There’s also a good number of pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby and we spend a lot of time at the local.

I can’t recommend the room and the flat highly enough. Everyone who has visited has been amazed by the quality, which is even better than in the pictures. Best insulation, loads of storage, well-maintained facilities, responsible landlord, location and surroundings, etc.

The room:
- £1210 inc all bills (incl. council tax, water, utility, TV, wifi, and shared household items)
- Cleaner comes every two weeks, an extra of £11.25 pp each time.
- £937 deposit
- Room furnished with king bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside drawers
- Shared bathroom with just one other girl. Bathtub + overhead shower
- Your own patio outside of the room
- I can sell the table/swivel chair/patio chair if needed

The flat:
- spread over 2 floors so easy to have quiet time
- huge open plan living/kitchen/diner with all the modern things you could want, and great for hosting!
- 2 bathrooms and 1 ensuite in total
- underfloor heating throughout
- dishwasher, washer, microwave, oven
- no parking

The housemates:
- we are looking for a girl to move in so you will be living with 1 awesome girl and 2 great guys
- mixture of wfh and a few days in the office
- The group has had a very great time living together as we're all very respectful, tidy, and clean. We're looking for someone who can keep the environment comfortable and share a drink after a tough day at work.

About move-in date:
It's flexible. But the closer to 1st Jan the better.

Viewing:
Plan is to settle everything by the end of this week (21 Dec). Viewing will be arranged on 12-4pm Sunday 21 Dec.
