Very spacious double room, all bills included

Looking for someone to take my place in a very big double bedroom in a shared house located between East Putney and Wandsworth. All bills are included in the rent, which is a steal for London standards!

Move-in date fairly flexible between mid January and beginning of February; you'd be taking on a fixed term contract which lasts until August and which you're free to renew afterwards, all managed by an external agency. As it's all included, you only pay once per month and that's it, no extra hassle whatsoever.

The room is very spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table with drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair. It's the warmest room in the house, which is a very welcome feature in London winters! There are 2 bathrooms plus 1 separate toilet in the house, as well as a big kitchen (air fryer, blenders, juicer and other small appliances are also present) and a big, lovely backyard/patio. Fast broadband is included in the rent.

The house is very close to East Putney (District line), as well as Putney and Wandsworth Town railway stations; alternatively, there are plenty of buses taking you to the city centre, all stopping within very short walking distance. The area is super safe, quiet and green, with Southside Shopping Centre 10 minutes walk away (inside there's a big Lidl, Waitrose and Sainsbury's for easy groceries) and plenty of local shops, pubs and lovely restaurants.

You'll be sharing with 5 professionals who are quiet and respectful of others' privacy. Smoking is OK as long as it's outside, no pets allowed.
