Master ensuite bedroom - Couples welcome

6 month let initially and then becoming rolling monthly tenancy.

Large ensuite bedroom with King sized ottoman bed and built in storage. The room would suit a couple well but individuals are also welcome. The house has 2 other tenants who are professionals and very friendly.

The living room, kitchen, and terrace is shared. Washing machine and dishwasher available to use in the kitchen.


East Putney tube station is about 1 min walk and Putney station 5min walk away.

The house is next to a main road and also next to a pub which has live music on Friday evenings. The pub closes by midnight and we've never had any noise issues. The road and district line trains are also very close by which is something to bear in mind.

All bills, council tax, and internet is included.

I'm currently a live in landlord but am moving out. A bit more info on the current housemates:
We all get along and sometimes hang out together on the weekends or for a movie night. We're hoping to find someone that is also clean, tidy and easy to get along with.
Chloe - French girl working in marketing and also training to be a Pilates instructor. Enjoys reading and playing on the Nintendo switch.

Marcus - Swedish guy working in 3d modelling and is an avid runner.
