Single Room in East Putney from January 12

We’ve got a lovely, sunny single room, with storage space in the corridor, becoming available in our 3-bed, two-storey flat from mid-January. The flat has a generous living room, a separate kitchen, and one shared bathroom.

Bills: £75–£100

Location: We’re a 10-minute walk to East Putney station, 15 minutes to Wandsworth Town, and just 4 minutes from a busy bus route. The flat sits on a really nice road, only a 2-minute walk from Wandsworth Park and about 30 seconds from a pub.
You’d be living with two friendly girls: Flo, who works as a Food Writer at M&S, and Toni, who works at an executive search firm. We’re looking for someone in their 20s who isn’t working from home every day.

The flat itself is cosy, clean, and full of good energy. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space and genuinely a lovely place to come back to. We both enjoy spending time outdoors (Toni rows, Flo loves long walks), watching Zoe Sugg’s Vlogs, having a drink (whether that’s peppermint tea or a glass of wine), and the occasional boogie.
