Double room in quiet street, East Putney

This is a weekday only let.

I have a double room to let in my 2-bedroom flat. The flat is the top half of a Victorian end of terrace house, in a quiet, leafy street in East Putney. It's roughly a 9 minute walk to East Putney tube, 15 minutes to Putney train station, and there's always the boat for tube strikes!

The room is next to the shared bathroom and overlooks the back garden, is double glazed, and has a double bed, bedside drawers, and a bureau - with drawers and work space. There isn't currently a wardrobe but this could change depending on whether one is needed. I have added photos of all rooms other than my own. Rent includes bills.

The room would suit someone commuting into London for 1-3 nights a week, and I could also do a nightly rate if this is preferable. It's not suitable for couples or those working from home, and although I would prefer a female lodger I'll consider male too. As I leave early for work a Night Owl is also probably not suitable, sorry!

I'm a Biology Teacher working in central London, with interests in ecology, art, reading, ballet, and with more of a country side than my home address would suggest! Do let me know if you have any questions, and please mention the days you'd be interested in staying if you enquire.
