En-suite Double Room in Modern Mews House – Putney

We have a bright en-suite double bedroom (3.3 x 3.2 metres) available from ~ 18 March in our three-storey mews house in Putney. The room is on the first floor, overlooks a leafy, quiet mews, and has a en-suite with a double-sized shower.

The house is set within a secure, gated community with friendly neighbours (all owner-occupiers). It’s a beautiful, modern home with lots of real wood, a spacious living room, and an open-plan kitchen that opens onto a terraced garden with summer furniture—perfect for warmer months.

Located on a quiet road off Putney Hill, the house is an easy walk to Putney High Street with its cafés, restaurants, and shops. Transport links are excellent:
• 8 minutes’ walk to Putney Station (fast trains to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Waterloo, and Richmond)
• 15 minutes’ walk to East Putney Underground

You’ll be living with two friendly working professionals in their late 20s/early 30s:
• Estelle (French), who works in market research within the FMCG industry
• Kaitlin (Australian), who works in marketing in the higher education sector

Both work Monday to Friday and have busy schedules, so the house is very much a calm, relaxed sanctuary rather than a party house. We enjoy sharing meals, having the occasional drink, and catching up at the end of the day. Shared interests include travel, culture, cooking, sport, and film. We’re easygoing, respectful, and looking for a like-minded professional who values a clean, tidy, and comfortable home.

Please note: both current housemates expect to move on later this year (dates TBC), offering the opportunity to be involved in selecting future housemates.

Rent: £ per month, inclusive of bills and a professional clean every two weeks.
