Unfortunately our housemate is moving back to Aus! Therefore we have a very loved and homely room available! It features a HUGE walk in cupboard and attached study.

Less than 10 min walk to Putney Bridge Underground, East Putney Underground and Putney Overground. Connected by many buses and Putney high street. Sainsbury’s and Lidl 8min walk from front door.

You’ll be living with an Aussie couple, who reside downstairs with their own bathroom and an American upstairs, who you’ll share the second large bathroom and second living room with.

Outdoor area (large deck with outdoor couches) slaps in the summer.

Very large flat, so you won’t be on top of each other and is a home rather than a share house.

Unable to take couples due to the leasing agreement and you must have full time employment to be accepted.

Also worth mentioning that the landlord is currently selling but there will be no changes to the exisiting rental agreement which goes until end of Sept 2026 :)
