Double Room in Four Bed House - East Putney

Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate for our 4 bed flat in the heart of East Putney! One of our flatmates is moving out, and we are after someone to replace him ASAP.

The room fits a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, all of which are included. Unfortunately it does not have suitable space to hold a desk/work area. The Flat is a 4 Bed, 2 bathroom setup so only sharing with one other housemate

The flat itself has a shared kitchen/living room area with a TV.(Netflix, Prime video, etc which you can use).

Ideally we are looking for someone who is sociable and easy going, as we are all friends and spend time together often. We like to keep the flat as clean as possible, particularly as we have a few communal areas.

2 min walk to East Putney Station (District Line)
8 mins to Putney Station
5 mins to Wandsworth park/riverside.

Loads of shopping, supermarkets and pubs nearby within walking distance.

Bills not included - roughly up to £90. Council Tax band E.
