We have a double bedroom available in our 4 bedroom house in Putney available to sublet until Jan 2027!

You will be living with Anna (27) who is an audiologist, Emma (24) who is an assistant psychologist and Eleanor (26) who works in HR. We would ideally be looking for someone who is office based / hybrid. We met on Gals who Graduate 🩷

We love a glass of wine and tv in the evening, and also like to cook house meals together! We would be looking for someone who would like to be part of the house and become friends, rather than just a housemate ☺️ We are looking for someone clean and tidy who will respect the shared spaces.

We are a 5 minute walk to East Putney (district line) and 8 minutes to Putney (overground). There are loads of bus stops around and we are located one street away from Wandsworth Park.

The room has a double bed, and comes with a set of wardrobes and 2 chest of drawers. The desk, small white outlined storage unit and the TV are not included. The kitchen is lovely and modern, with a stunning balcony and bbq. The house also has two bathrooms, both with a shower and a toilet, and one with a bath. We have a very spacious lounge with two sofas.

We are looking for someone aged 24 - 28, working as a young professional. You must be on a salary of 33k+.

Rent will be £1000 pcm, with bills coming to around £80-£100 (based on winter and spring). WiFi, electricity, gas, council tax and water are all included. The deposit is £1081.
