Double room in Putney flat share

Hi there,

Tasha and I (Becca) are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our friendly flat share. We are late twenties/early thirties working professionals.

We are laid back, tidy and sociable. We have our own busy independent lives but love to go to the pub or spend an evening in watching TV together. Our current flatmate is moving out to buy, so we are looking for someone like-minded to call the flat a home.

Our flat is just off Putney high street and a short walk from both Putney and East Putney stations.

The room comes with a double bed & mattress, built in wardrobe just outside the room and a chest of drawers. There is space for a desk, chair and bookcase if you wish (see pictures but note these don’t come with the room).

The rest of the flat has a spacious living/ dining room, good sized kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), and a lovely sunny balcony. We also have two bathrooms- so you would be sharing with just one other person. There is ample parking on the street outside the flat that requires a permit Mon-Sat.

All the paperwork is arranged by an agency, and we have a lovely landlord too. Please be aware prospective tenants will be subject to a credit check.
