Sunny Double Room in Friendly Putney Flat

Hello! I’m leaving my bright, sunny flat in Putney to move in with my girlfriend, otherwise I’d stay in this place forever.

It’s a top floor apartment of a Victorian townhouse that has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We have a large living room, with a big comfy couch and TV. Kitchen is really spacious and has all of the appliances that you'd need.

There is washer/dryer but our clothes dry super quick in the lounge room.

The room is a really decent size, comes with a king sized bed, a wardrobe, drawers and room for a desk (the one in the pictures is mine).

Plenty of storage, on top of the wardrobe and drawers, and there is a sunny little alcove that can fit a small bookshelf.

You'd be living with Tom (30) and Matt (25), both really friendly, down to earth guys keep the place tidy. Tom is into gaming, TV and running. Matt is into racket sports, travel and reading. It’s a friendly flat that goes out for pub quizzes and Friday night drinks but also value our own spaces/alone time during the week.

You'd share the bathroom with Matt, as Tom has an ensuite!

We each pay a bill and them add things to Splitwise.

I've been paying the Water, so you will likely pick that up.

Putney train station is 12 mins walk away and East Putney District line is 15 mins walk, so super well connected.

Buses 37 gets you to Clapham quickly and Bus 14 goes all the way to Russel Square.

There is a shed for bike storage and Richmond Park is only a ten minute cycle away, which is an amazing place to explore, especially in the summer.
